Cleaning Services & Storm Prep

Our Cleaning Services & Storm Prep is dedicated to supporting full-time and seasonal residents every step of the way.   As Storm Prep: we ensure homes are prepped and secured for hurricane season, focusing on safety and peace of mind. After a hurricane, our team is ready to organize cleanup efforts promptly, restoring your home to its original state.

Trust us to handle all aspects of property care so you can enjoy your time here worry-free.

  • Housekeeping, Deep Cleaning, After Construction Cleaning. We use a back pack vacuum to not scratch floors or surfaces. We then use a carried steam cleaner on all windows, cabinets and material even marble to ensure full disinfection.

  • Storm preparation and post-storm inspections. We will put up your hurricane protection including boarding windows if need be. We will move any furniture or plants outdoors to a safe area. We will then keep an eye on your home during the storm (see home watch section). After the storm we will take everything down and start initializing a clean up crew. We will make sure all damage is documented and pictures are taken of all areas of the property for insurance purposes.

  • Home remodeling consultation including house sketch with measurements and our knowledge of contractors in the area and who would be the best for your project.

  • Hurricane Protection Consultations including Impact windows, doors, armor screens or lexan panels. We will measure each window, draw out a house sketch  and give you our expertise advise on which design is the best for your home. Then we will get 3 quotes from vendors to go over with you and make sure you as the client gets the BEST deal!!

  • Countertop Consultations whether it is man made quartz Montgomery by Cambria or chiseled off the side of the mountain like quartzite Taj Mahal we can help you find the perfect addition to your project.
